We accept secure payment via paypal- but you don’t need a paypal account! You can still use paypal to pay with a credit or debit card. We also now accept payments via AFTERPAY- place your order, receive it straight away, and pay later with 4 fortnightly interest free payments.
If you prefer to pay via direct bank transfer, no problem, just send us an email with your order details and we will process that for you!

For EMBROIDERED products (plush toys/security blankets)- within 2-3 days of placing your order, you will receive an email from us containing the “proof” of your embroidery design. Your approval of this proof is required before we commence the embroidery of your toy/blanket. This gives you the opportunity to ensure all details are correct, and to make sure you are happy with the colours/fonts to be used. Once you have approved this proof, we will go ahead and process your order. It will then be ready to post out to you within 2 weeks.
For PRINTED products (cushion covers/prints)- you will not receive a proof prior to your order being made. A proof will be sent only if specifically requested by you. These products ship direct from our supplier, please allow 3-4 weeks for these orders to be delivered.

Can my order be posted to an address other than my own? 2017-08-10T07:53:35+00:00

Absolutely! If your order is a gift, and you would like it posted direct to the recipient, or you would like it posted to an address other than your own, it’s no problem. Just enter the alternate details of where you would like it posted in the ‘shipping details’ section when checking out. If your order is a gift, we can include a complimentary card if you like to let them know who the gift is from, just ask us!

If you have ordered an embroidered product, you will be sent a “proof” of your embroidery design within 2-3 business days of placing your order. As soon as we receive your approval of the embroidery proof, your order will be ready for posting within 2 weeks! Please allow for standard Australia Post delivery times on top of this. For printed products current lead times are 3-4 weeks.

We sure can! Just check the “rush my order” shipping option when you checkout, and for an extra $15, your toy will jump to the top of the production line! Please be aware this option applies to embroidered products only. Your embroidery proof will be sent within 1-2 business days, and as soon as you have approved your design, we will work overtime to ensure your order will be ready for posting within 5-7 business days! We will also upgrade to express post to you at no extra charge to make sure your order gets delivered to you super fast! For printed products, lead times are strictly 3-4 weeks.

Postage within Australia is via Australia Post, and regular postage starts at $8.50 for one toy or set, and is capped at $14 for two or more toys or sets. We also offer signature on delivery for a small extra charge, and strongly recommend this option is taken. Express postage is available with the “rush my order” option. Yes! Our personalised plush toys have been manufactured and tested according to Australian safety standards and are suitable as a toy for children over 3 years old. Our security blankets are suitable for all ages. Our Hold my Heart bears have been tested and are suitable for all ages.
